About Us

Fusion was founded in 2022 as a locally owned Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) company driven by integrity and a commitment to safety—values at the heart of everything we do for the Permian Basin. In just three years, we’ve earned the trust of more than 100 Oil & Gas contractors by supporting their QC and Welding departments with services ranging from welder certification to full-spectrum NDE. “Doing it the right way” isn’t just our motto—it’s how we operate.

Our facility is one of our greatest strengths. It’s clean, organized, and fully stocked with the piping and electrodes needed for nearly all weld test requirements, including API 1104, ASME Section IX, and in-service codes. This environment empowers welders to perform at their highest level during testing. Fusion proudly hosts two Certified Welding Inspectors (CWIs) on site, bringing decades of experience and deep industry insight to every inspection.

Beyond our weld testing lab, Fusion offers comprehensive NDE services including Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), and soon Radiographic Testing (RT). We don’t just meet expectations—we raise the bar.
